LIFE-SAVING FUND

Every day at The Bridge Clinic, we meet families facing an impossible choice: provide the life-saving care their pet desperately needs, or say goodbye because they simply cannot afford treatment.

As one of the region's largest nonprofit veterinary providers, we work hard to keep our prices as low as possible. Yet even at a fraction of the cost of traditional veterinary hospitals, emergency surgeries, dental procedures, and critical medical treatments can remain out of reach for some pet owners.

That's why we created the Life-Saving Fund.

The Life-Saving Fund provides financial assistance to pets whose families are experiencing hardship, ensuring that a treatable illness, injury, or medical emergency does not become a death sentence. Whether it's a dog needing emergency surgery after swallowing a foreign object, a cat suffering from painful dental disease, or a beloved family pet requiring urgent medical care, your donation helps give pets a second chance and families more time with the animals they love.

Every dollar donated goes directly toward helping pets receive life-changing and life-saving veterinary care. Together, we can remove financial barriers, prevent unnecessary suffering, and keep families whole.

A gift to the LifeSaving Fund isn't just a donation—it's hope when a family needs it most.

Mato

Mato came to The Bridge Clinic with a serious fracture of both his radius and ulna. To give him the best chance at proper healing and full use of his leg, he needed surgical repair with a pin to stabilize the broken bones.

With help from the Life-Saving Fund, Mato was able to receive the surgery he needed—giving him the opportunity to heal, regain his mobility, and enjoy the long, active life ahead of him.

"Thank you so much for this fund! It has taken some of the burden off of the surgery cost for my puppy." - Mato's Mom

Pluto

At just two years old, Pluto, a Shih Tzu mix, was already facing a painful urinary condition that required a cystotomy—surgery to remove bladder stones and restore his urinary health. With support from the Life-Saving Fund, Pluto was able to receive the surgery he needed, relieving his discomfort and helping this young pup get back to a happy, healthy life.

"Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am to everyone who has helped me and my Pluto. Me and my family are extremely thankful for everything everyone has done and may God bless you all." - Pluto's Mom

Steele

When Steele swallowed a foreign object, he suddenly became very sick and needed surgery to safely remove it. His family watched their normally happy companion become sad and painful—and faced the heartbreaking possibility of losing him without treatment. They were prepared to use all of their Christmas money to pay for Steele’s surgery. With help from the Life-Saving Fund, Steele could receive the care he needed while easing the financial burden on a family who simply wanted their beloved dog to come home and be his happy self again.

"Steele means the world to me and my family including my kids who are so worried about him we can’t thank you guys enough for helping our family and Steele!" - Steele's Mom
