Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment time. You will be given an appointment time for wellness/sick visits at time of booking, or a drop-off time for surgery. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed a full visit. The address  is Cherokee Drive, Bensalem, PA. We ask clients to make sure their GPS is sending them to Bensalem. (Google Maps or Waze is best).

When you arrive at Cherokee Drive, please follow the driveway all the way down to the back of the property; the clinic is on the right-hand side in a metal building.

Please pull into a marked spot in front of the clinic, remain in your car, and call (215) 639-3333 and press #1 for Bensalem to notify staff of your arrival. We will then bring your pet inside the clinic, you will speak to the doctor over the phone for your pet's exam, and we will collect payment over the phone. Unless otherwise directed by staff, we require that all clients stay on-site/with their car for the duration of their appointment.

All payment is due at the time of drop off for surgeries. For wellness/sick visits, payment is due at the conclusion of the visit. We accept credit or debit only--Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a $1.00 processing charge for all electronic transactions. For appointments with deposits, cancellations or rescheduling MUST be made 1 business day in advance before noon, or the deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive 10 minute ahead of your scheduled appointment time. Due to our nature as a full-service, high-volume clinic, late appointments may be forced to reschedule, and lose any deposits retained.

For appointment or surgery drop-off, all cats must come in a closed, secure cat carrier with a towel or blanket inside.  Dogs may come in a carrier (if under 25 lbs), or must have a secure collar and leash for transport inside. If you are bringing more than one cat for surgery, they must come in separate carriers. Feral cats/TNR must come in a trap and receive an ear tip.​

Instrucciones Para Un Cita con The Bridge Clinic

Llegue al menos 5 minutos antes de la hora de su cita. Se le dará un horario de cita para visitas de bienestar/enfermedad al momento de la reserva, o un horario de entrega para la cirugía. ​Cuando llegue a Cherokee Drive, siga el camino de entrada hasta la parte trasera de la propiedad; la clínica está a mano derecha en un edificio de metal. ​

 

Deténgase en un lugar marcado frente a la clínica, espera en su carro y llame al (215) 639-3333 (numero 1 por Bensalem) para notificar al personal de su llegada. Traeremos a su mascota dentro de la clínica, hablará con el médico por teléfono para el examen de su mascota y hacemos el pago por teléfono. A menos que el personal indique lo contrario, requerimos que todos los clientes esperen en el lugar/con su carro durante la duración de su cita. ​

 

Todos los pagos son obligatorios en el momento de la entrega de las cirugías. Para visitas de bienestar/enfermedad, el pago vence al final de la visita. Solo aceptamos crédito o débito: Visa, Master Card o Discover. Hay un cargo de procesamiento de $1.00 para todas las transacciones electrónicas.

 

Para citas con depósitos, las cancelaciones o cambios DEBEN hacerse con 1 día laborable antes del mediodía, o se perderá el depósito. ​

 

Para un cita o un cirugía, todos los gatos deben venir en una jaula para gatos (segura y cerrada) con una toalla adentro. Los perros deben venir en una jaula (si pesan menos de 25 lb) o deben tener un collar y una correa de seguridad para transportarlos adentro. Si trae más de un gato para cirugía, deben venir en jaulas separadas. ​Los gatos salvajes/TNR deben venir en una trampa y recibir una punta de oreja.
