Bensalem Location

Monday High-Volume Cat Spay and Neuter

All high-volume cat spay/neuters done at our Bensalem location. The address  is 1 Declaration Dr., Bensalem, PA. We ask clients to make sure their GPS is sending them to Bensalem, not the Newtown location for cat spay/neuter. (Google Maps or Waze is best).

When you arrive in Bensalem, please follow the driveway down to the back of the property; the new clinic is on the right hand side in a metal building.

Drop off is any time between 9:00 and 9:30 am and pickup is at 4:00 pm.

Please plan for 45 minutes altogether for drop off. When you arrive, please remain in your car, and you will receive instructions from staff.

To prepare your pet for surgery, please do not give them anything to eat after midnight; they can, however, have water. Cats must come in a cat carrier with a towel or blanket inside. If you are bringing more than one cat they must come in separate carriers. 

All payment is due at the time of drop off. We accept credit or debit only--Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a $1.00 processing charge for all electronic transactions.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment time. You will be given an appointment time for wellness/sick visits at time of booking, or a drop-off time for surgery. Please pull into a marked spot in front of the clinic, remain in your car, and call (215) 639-3333 to notify staff of your arrival. We will then bring your pet inside the clinic, you will speak to the doctor over the phone for your pet's exam, and we will collect payment over the phone.

Newtown Location - Inside PetSmart

Wellness/Sick Visits

When you arrive at the PetSmart in Newtown, please pull into the fire lane in front of the store, and call (215) 639-3333 to notify staff of your arrival. We will then bring your pet inside the clinic, you will speak to the doctor over the phone for your pet's exam, and we will collect payment over the phone.
